COURT CASE:
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we have a recessed chin, a small jaw, and/or a large overbite
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we have a large neck size of greater than 17 inches (43.18 cm) in men and having greater than 16 inches (40.64 cm) in women
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we have a small upper airway
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we smoked tobacco
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we drink alcohol
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we’re overweight or obese
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we’re male
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we’re married
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we had more than one prior deployment in the military
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we’re 40 years old or older
- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we were born prematurely

- being prone to having obstructive sleep apnea because we have large adenoids

- the buying, selling, and/or trading of our nose, nasal cavity, nasal septum, hard palate, soft palate, uvula, adenoids, tonsils, throat, tongue, posterior pillar, anterior pillar, jaw, epiglottis, trachea, esophagus, airway integrity, upper airway, airway, airway size, the fat in our necks, our lungs, our ability to have full REM sleep, our ability to have undisturbed sleep, our sleep cycles, our oxygen levels, and/or our respiratory system to the kingdom of darkness, and the kingdom of darkness having ownership claims over these aforementioned things
- having central sleep apnea
- the respiratory control centers in our brain malfunctioning by not sending signals to our lungs to breath while we sleep
