COURT CASE:
- being prone to having smallpox because we didn’t receive a smallpox vaccine
- being prone to having smallpox because we have a weak immune system
- being prone to having smallpox because we have prolonged, close contact with a person who is infected with the smallpox
- being prone to having smallpox because we came into direct contact with the bedding, clothing, and/or other items that directly came into contact with someone who has smallpox
- being prone to having smallpox because we work in a hospital, clinic, and/or health care setting where there is someone infected with smallpox
- being prone to having smallpox because we work in a laboratory where we work with smallpox lab samples
- being prone to having smallpox because we are infected with a biological weapon that uses the variola virus
- being prone to having smallpox because there is a smallpox outbreak in our home, work, school, church, ministry, city, state, country, and/or other areas where we normally frequent

- spreading smallpox via our respiratory secretions
- spreading smallpox via airborne transmission in an enclosed setting

- remaining contagious until the last smallpox scab falls off
- our scabs and the fluid around our sores containing the variola virus
- spreading the variola virus on our bedding and/or clothing
